How will I be receiving my shipment?
You will be receiving your shipment via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. Our system calculates shipping costs based on the best method depending on the dimensions and weight of your package.
How long will it take to receive my shipment?
If you are placing an order between January and July, that this is our peak season. During our peak season, we are continually out of the office Thursday through Monday traveling for our events. Shipments may take 1-2 weeks to ship during our peak season.
You were sold out of an item I wanted at the event and I am not seeing it online either?
We try our very best to have all sizes in stock at our events and in our online store. We also pack as much inventory as we can for our events. If an item sells out at an event, there is a big chance that that was the remainder of the inventory of that item. When we receive more of that particular item, then it will be available for purchase online. You can always fill out our customer support form to help assist you with any merchandise request that is not showing online.
Spotlight Events, Inc. gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for a full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt. If the original receipt is unavailable we will make an exchange. When returning merchandise include a detailed note and contact information for our records. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
